Class cost $35 Adults, $25 Kids

People from all walks of life join our groups. Their reasons are varied, but include:

You must have a Physiotherapy consultation 1:1 prior to joining a group. This is where we will design your individualised exercise program which will help you to achieve YOUR goals. If you have no current pain problems or injuries, a 30 minute consultation is sufficient.

Toilets and shower facilities are available.

You have the option to attend classes in person, or online (via Zoom).

Strict cleaning protocols are in place for all classes. Please follow social distancing during classes. Please do not attend in person if you have any cold/ flu symptoms or if you have recently been in close contact with someone with cold/flu symptoms.
